About The Role

We are looking for someone who has a strong strategic and commercial aptitude with the ability to be creative.

You will be expected to assist in the development, delivery and reporting on strategic campaigns to improve our clients’ conversion rates, user journeys and user experience, and general ad-hoc analysis.

Your role as Optimisation Manager:
  • You will be able to accurately interpret client data and identify commercial opportunities
  • You will be confident in creating CRO testing programmes for ecommerce and lead generation client
  • You must have experience in managing a portfolio of clients independently and communicating with them on a regular basis
  • You will be able to develop and confidently present CRO concepts to senior stakeholders within the agency
  • You will be competent in delivering projects on time and on budget whilst ensuring client expectations are managed
  • You will be capable at creating briefs for our internal design and development team
  • You will report on client campaigns providing actionable insights and reporting on impact/results, KPIs and ROI. You will incorporate results to formulate strategies for future campaigns
  • You will be expected to stay up to date with the latest industry thinking and progression  
What we’d like you to bring to the role:
  • You will be a confident and fluent communicator who is able to demonstrate experience of client-facing responsibilities
  • You will be commercially minded and with a focus on costs and ROI
  • You will have outstanding analytical skills, be strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating large and complex data sets
  • You will be proficient in modelling, analysing, researching and presenting findings
  • Demonstrate first-rate problem-solving skills
  • You will be creative and innovative yet strategic, organised and methodical in your approach
  • You will have strong project management skills
  • Design experience is preferred but not essential
