About The Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and delivering content strategies that align with our brand's vision and business goals. Part of our in house Marketing Team, You will work closely with various departments to create engaging, high-quality content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be essential in enhancing our brand's online presence and storytelling.
  
Main Accountabilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised content for various platforms. Outputs include website content, blogs, email campaigns, award entries and case studies
  • Content Calendar Management: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across all channels
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing practices to keep our content strategy innovative and competitive
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Core Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful content campaigns
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform content approach
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Able to build strong working relationships
  • Previous experience within the digital marketing industry is desirable but not essential
