Your role as Senior Technical SEO Executive:
General Responsibilities
· Pro-actively manage a medium –large portfolio of clients and effectively delegate work where required
· Manage the profitability of clients effectively
· Have a thorough understanding of our tools and feel confident discussing them with clients
· Start to support junior team members with their development
Technical SEO Responsibilities
· Support and guide clients through site migrations
· Know how to best handle the crawl and indexation of faceted navigation URLs in different scenarios
· Understand the role and benefits of Schema mark up on a site and a top-level understanding of how/where JSON code should be placed
· Identify duplicate content issues on sites or blogs and provide suggestions on how to resolve them
· Understand the different international URL structures (local tld’s, subdomains, subfolders) and pros and cons of each
Communication and Strategy Responsibilities
· Implement effective SEO strategies and provide clear project plans and briefs to drive content, creative and outreach campaigns
· Work directly with client development teams to relay technical requirements and reasonings to the developers
· Work alongside client services account managers to create client meeting decks and ensure a collaborative and united client management approach
· Have regular meetings with clients to discuss performance and develop strong relationships
· Monitor campaign performance, analysing and interpreting data and making recommendations
· Adapt SEO strategies to reflect search engine and algorithm updates

· Proven experience in successfully managing multiple SEO campaigns and achieving results
· Excellent organisation and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Fantastic communication skills and an ability to create rapport at all levels
· Have an ability to write well thought-out, comprehensive commentary, reports, and communication
· The gravitas, communication, and presentation skills to participate in meetings with attendees in senior company positions
· Advanced use of Excel
· Technical understanding of website architecture
· Have some experience building websites, managing websites, or running blogs
· Previous experience of coaching and developing other people
