About The Role

Your role as Senior Account Manager:

As Senior Account Manager you will lead and drive the overall strategy within your client portfolio.

  • Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients
  • Understand your clients’ business, markets and objectives
  • Guide your clients with the agency’s new innovative thinking 
  • Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions 
  • Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports 
  • Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information
  • Monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients 
  • Work to client profitability targets 

What we'd like you to bring to the role:

  • Experience in a Digital Agency is desirable
  • Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients
  • Highly organised and able to manage documentation 
  • High quality customer service and rapport building skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using high levels of initiative to deliver results
