About The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate individual to join our fast-growing social team working

across paid and organic social. You will be working across a variety of sectors and platforms. This is an

exciting opportunity help us to deliver standout creative marketing campaigns working cross channels

with our PPC, Studio and CRO teams.

 
Main Accountabilities
 
  • Manage a portfolio of clients’ paid social accounts across multiple networks, predominantly Meta, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Setup, implement, develop and track social campaigns across several platforms and markets while also combining insights from PPC campaigns where applicable
  • Optimise campaigns to ensure they achieve the KPIs
  • Conduct audience research, analysis and strategy
  • Prepare cost estimates and budget management
  • Ad Copy writing and testing
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports for the monthly progress calls with clients
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend next steps
  • KPI reporting
  • Understand the objectives of and participate in creating quarterly reports, client decks and future roadmaps in line with the agreed KPI’s
  • Delegate tasks to Execs on shared accounts
  • Work closely with the paid social technical account manager as well as with other teams within the organisation to ensure we deliver consistently across the board

  • Strong trend awareness of what’s hot and what’s working right now across different social platforms
  • Strong audience understanding and targeting skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong time management skills in ensuring deadlines are consistently met and proactively managed
  • Strong ability to work within a team and independently
  • A positive, can-do attitude seeking out opportunities to develop your knowledge
Qualification/Experience Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience within a paid media environment and be eager to build on this and develop within our company
  • Intermediate knowledge of the various paid social platforms, mainly within Meta, Pinterest Twitter and LinkedIn

Desirable

● Ideally have demonstrable experience in a Paid Social role gained from an agency or in-house position

  • Ensure Time Tracker is 100% complete by the end of each day
  • Achieve 95% TAM renewal rate
  • Maintain productivity at 70%
Other relevant information

This is a hybrid role split between home and office working, ensuring you work from your contracted office on the relevant allocated day (Manchester Wednesday, Leeds Thursday).

You must also be available to travel frequently to client and new business meetings.
